Yes. You can jump straight into any sub-test (Listening, Reading, Writing, or Speaking) or drill one specific part at a time. This lets you turn your weakest areas into your strongest without committing to a full-length mock test every session.

Our AI feedback applies the same published criteria the official assessors use: for Writing, the six criteria including purpose, content, and genre and style; for Speaking, the nine criteria spanning linguistic features and clinical communication. You get actionable feedback on your Writing and Speaking within seconds instead of waiting days for a tutor. Treat the estimates as practice indicators to guide your study, not as a prediction of your official result.

Each of the four sub-tests is scored from 0 to 500 in steps of 10, and each score maps to a grade from A down to E. There is no single overall score, you receive a separate result for each sub-test. Most healthcare regulators and councils ask for a minimum of Grade B (350) in each sub-test, though some accept Grade C+ (300) in one or more. Requirements vary by country, by profession, and by the specific board you are registering with, so always confirm the current threshold with your regulator before booking. Exam Hero shows an estimated score and grade for each sub-test after every mock test so you can see how close you are to your target.
